Following a technical benchmark comparison of multiple data analysis tools, TAG standardized on the SEDana product as its tool of choice for test data analysis. The rich feature set contained in SEDana provides ease of use and will accommodate the stringent validation requirements of TAG's customer test program developments, platform conversions, and other services requiring test program stability and repeatability analysis.

The SEDana tool provides a thorough suite of data analysis functions to assist test, product, and design engineers in evaluation of device test response under varying conditions, enabling optimal calibration of test limits, device specifications, and product/process modifications to maximize production test yields. Courtesy of Salland Engineering, preferential pricing for SEDana is available to all Teradyne customers.

TAG offers standard data analysis training to customers. TAG will assist your team with the tool's operation and works with Salland engineers to identify and incorporate added performance capabilities into SEDana to meet evolving customer requirements.
